Buying a Radiator - what styles are available

There are many styles available, you should be able to find something to suit your home and the internet is a good place to look. Various suppliers offer Period, Tubular, Architectural, Victorian, and Mirrored Radiator designs. I certainly didn’t know about mirrors being available, it does make you think Wow! They suggest fitting them in the hallway, bedroom or bathroom. They do of course offer heated towel rails for your bathroom, towel rails can either be heated from your central heating system, also available are electrically heated towel rails, useful if the plumbing work to run the central heating pipework would be difficult.

The period styles are mostly those delightful cast versions we would be familiar with from older buildings, for me they are very reminiscent of my primary school days. A Designer Radiator can really make a room, they have a design they call Bamboo a series of vertical pipes which does look a little like a stand of bamboo. Other styles which caught my eye include, Hose it really looks like a hose over a hook on the wall, the Multisec bench suggested as a heated bench for locker room, conservatory or bathroom. You might like the Pipe, which looks like a set of Pan Pipes on the wall, or the Quattro which a set of four vertical square columns, or the Hot spring a pipe in the shape of a coil spring. Don’t take my word for it, go and have a look for yourself.
